With winter behind us and April right around the corner, it is time to start thinking about golf! Please find information below related to golf course opening dates, restaurant opening, league information and early registration contest winners.
Golf Course Opening - Golf course staff have been working hard to prepare the golf course for your enjoyment. A difficult winter and a blizzard for the ages created challenges, but we have developed the following plan to open the golf course for the 2026 season, in light of significant tree damage from the March blizzard.
The back 9 was much less impacted by the storm. Staff has been working hard to remove downed trees and branches with a plan to open the back 9 only for play by pass holders and paying public on Monday, 3/30. Spring rain could cause a delay, so please check the news ticker at the top of our website for up-to-date details. This opening would be for walking only (no driving carts) on real greens (not temps). Please use the Chelsea System to secure tee times and check-in for play in the pro shop. All tee times are for 9 holes only.
The front 9 received much greater damage from the storm, particularly holes 1,2,8 & 9. This damage is beyond the capabilities of our staff to mitigate in order to open safely, due to many trees down and large hanging branches. We will have a tree contractor on the golf course next week (3/30-4/3). If all goes according to plan, Cranberry Valley will have all 18 holes open (on real greens) on Monday 4/6. Spring rain could delay this plan by a few days. The golf course will be evaluated for cart usage at that time as well, so there is a good chance that that we will have all 18 holes open on real greens with carts on 4/6.
The driving range is open on the mat tee.

CV Online Pro Shop:
Check out our online pro shop, linked on the CV website, where you can purchase CV logoed merchandise from over 20 featured brands! Because this is a 3rd party vendor, there is no crossover between our physical location and our online shop (such as returns, credit book purchases or member discount). This is a great opportunity to get a unique item from a favorite brand that we do not normally carry in the shop.
CV Gift Certificates are available to purchase on the CV website. They are redeemable for golf fees (including annual pass), cart fees, range fees, or pro shop merch.
We look forward to seeing you golfing at CV in the spring.
