September News:  Please find information below about September tournaments and their impacts, changes to tee times, last cart times, Senior Club Championship registration, Cape Cod Municipal Golf Reciprocal Agreement, driving range maintenance and more.

Hours: The pro shop will be open from 7am-5pm starting September 4th and continuing through the end of September.  The remote check-in station at the starter house will be open from 7am-5pm everyday (weather dependent).  Please be sure to check in before you play.

Tee Times: 
As we lose a little sunlight each day in September, it is necessary to adjust the first tee time of the day and last cart rented each day. 
Tee times will run from 7am-5pm starting September 5 and going through September.
 
Cart Hours: 
Beginning 9/5  Last cart rented for 18 holes will be 3pm/9 holes 5pm

Mass Golf Mid-Am Championship
September 3-5 Cranberry Valley will host the 41st Massachusetts Mid-Am Championship.  Please find the direct impacts to the CV golf facilities below:

September 3 & 4 --
Course closed all day for event
Driving range and short game areas closed until 2pm

September 5  - 
Course closed until 11:30am
Practice Facilities will open at 11am

Thank you to the great turnout of volunteers to help make this event as great as it can be!  
Spectators are welcome.  Please feel free to walk along and watch some of the best players in the state as they compete for a state championship!

Senior Club Championship Registration is Open!

The 2024 CV Senior Club Championship will be held on Thursday September 26th and Sunday September 29, 2024.  Tee times will start at 7:00 am on both days.

The tournament will be a 36-hole stroke play event with gross and net prizes in each division.

There will be 3 age divisions.

Junior Senior: 50-59 Senior: 60-69

Super Senior: 70+

The Junior Senior and Senior divisions will play the white tees.  The Super Senior division will play the silver tees.  If you want to compete for the overall championship, you must play the white tees.

All Ladies divisions will play the red tees.

The entry fee for the Championship will be $75.00.  The entry fee will cover prizes and food.  Food will be served on Sunday after the completion of play.

The entry deadline is Saturday September 22, 2024 at 5:00 pm or when the sign up reaches 72 players.

Please pay the entry fee by check when you sign up in the Golf Shop. No cash accepted.

Cape Cod Municipal Golf Course Reciprocal Agreement

It’s almost that time of year again, when our neighboring town owned courses offer a reciprocal rate to our pass holders. 

Golf Courses include:

Sandwich Hollows, Olde Barnstable Fairgrounds, Hyannis Golf Course, Bayberry Hills, Bass River, Dennis Highlands, Dennis Pines, Cranberry Valley, Captains Golf Courses

Annual Pass Holders at the above mentioned golf courses may play any of these courses at a flat rate of $30.00 (green fee only) between the dates of September 15 – June 15 with the following stipulations:

-       Advance reservations will be accepted no more than two (2) days prior to day of play.

-        

-       Mon – Thur only between Sept. 15 – Oct. 31

-       Mon – Thur only between Apr. 1 – June 15

-       7 days a week between Nov. 1 – Mar. 31

-       When booking the reservation, the player must inform the golf course that they wish to pay the reciprocal rate and from which golf course they are affiliated.

Golf Course Maintenance

9/12 Driving range closed 8:30am-1pm.  Range will be on the mat tee for a minimum of 2 weeks following.

10/22-24 Scheduled green aeration
